The app enables customers to browse our menu, place food orders, make payments and select available delivery or pickup options.

• Customers must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
• Orders are subject to availability of the selected food items.
• Once an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, an order confirmation will be provided through the app, email, SMS or other available communication channels.
• House of Wow reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including item unavailability, technical issues or operational constraints.

• All prices displayed on the app are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Applicable taxes, delivery charges or other charges, where applicable, will be displayed before the order is confirmed.
• Payments may be made using the payment methods made available through the app.
• House of Wow does not store debit/credit card details on its own servers. Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateway providers.

Food items are prepared after an order is placed. Product images displayed on the app are for representation purposes and actual presentation may vary.

Customers should inform House of Wow about any relevant dietary requirements or allergies before placing an order. While reasonable care is taken during preparation, House of Wow cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Delivery timelines displayed on the app are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, order volume, location or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers selecting pickup must collect the order from the designated House of Wow location within the applicable operating hours.

Cancellation and refund requests will be handled in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy available on the app.

Users agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Use the app for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the app.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app or its systems.

All content available through the app, including the House of Wow name, logo, graphics, images, text, menu content and software, is owned by or licensed to House of Wow and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
