House of Wow provides food delivery and/or pickup services through its mobile application, subject to availability and serviceable locations.
Delivery Areas
Orders can be delivered only to locations within the delivery areas currently served by House of Wow.
Service availability may vary depending on the customer's address and restaurant operating hours.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are displayed during the ordering process wherever applicable.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
- Traffic conditions
- Weather
- High order volumes
- Restaurant preparation time
- Delivery partner availability
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Events or circumstances beyond our control
Delivery Charges
Applicable delivery charges, if any, will be displayed to the customer before the order is placed.
Order Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and reachable contact number.
If the customer is unavailable at the provided address or cannot be contacted, the delivery may be delayed, returned or cancelled depending on the circumstances.
Pickup Orders
Where pickup is available, customers may collect their orders from the designated House of Wow outlet during the applicable restaurant operating hours.
Food Quality
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or materially defective order, please contact House of Wow as soon as possible after delivery, preferably within 15 minutes, with your order details and supporting photographs where applicable.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
